Details: Officers responded to a report of Shoemaker refusing to leave ADAPT. After officers made him leave, he walked directly into traffic and caused two passing motorists to slam on their brakes to avoid hitting him. Officers contacted him again and told him he was under arrest but he tried to run away, but was taken into custody.
