Details: Officers responded to a report of a crash at the intersection of NE Stephens Street and NE Oakland Avenue. Officers contacted Falk, who said he was trying to drive across NE Stephens from NE Oakland and thought the roadway was clear. He said it was too late when he saw the other car, and he crashed into the driver's side of Webb's vehicle. Webb was transported to Mercy Medical Center with neck pain, and her car was towed from the scene by Roseburg Towing. Falk was not injured and drove his vehicle from the scene.
