No Contact Order Violation

Jacelyn Crosser, 31, accused of 22 no-contact order violations

Details: Police said Crosser signed a no-contact order on Aug. 20 prohibiting contact with another woman following a domestic disturbance. Police allege Crosser later used other inmates' communication accounts to contact the woman 21 times by phone and once by video chat while lodged at corrections. According to the log, the content of the calls also resulted in 12 additional Tampering with a Witness charges being added to the existing case.
Disposition: Crosser remains lodged at Douglas County Corrections.

Details: Police said an investigation identified Arps as a suspect in the theft of the listed vehicle, which was reported stolen during the early morning hours of Aug. 23 from the listed location. According to police, the vehicle was seen completely spray-painted shortly after it was stolen. Arps was already lodged at Douglas County Corrections after officers said he was stopped while driving a different stolen vehicle on the night of Aug. 24. Officers added the listed charges in this case. Police said the Toyota's location remains unknown.
Disposition: Arps remains lodged at Douglas County Corrections.

Details: Officers responded to Sherm's Thunderbird Market after receiving a report that a suspected shoplifter had been detained and was attempting to fight employees. Police said officers detained Winkley, who was being restrained by loss prevention employees. According to the log, multiple witnesses reported Winkley attempted to leave the store with $30.52 worth of merchandise. Police said employees David Allgood and Johnathan Soriano reported that Winkley pushed them multiple times during the incident and both wished to pursue harassment charges.
Disposition: Winkley was lodged at Douglas County Corrections.
