Details: Officers observed the listed vehicle pull into the Jack in the Box parking lot. Officers were aware the vehicle had been reported stolen earlier this date. Officers attempted to initiate a traffic stop on the vehicle, which failed to stop. The vehicle continued south onto Interstate 5 and ultimately stopped in the area of MP 123. Arps was the driver and only occupant of the vehicle. The stolen vehicle was confirmed, and he was taken into custody without incident. Dispatch confirmed a valid warrant out of Lane County. The vehicle was towed by Bills Towing.
