Details: Officers responded to a non-injury crash at NW Kline and NW Daysha. Officers learned Korpa was turning onto NW Kline from NW Daysha and did not wait until the intersection was clear. Korpa hit the back of Baughman's vehicle. Neither party was injured or required tows.

Details: Officers responded to a non-injury crash involving two vehicles. Upon arrival, Officers learned that Dechenne was southbound on NE Stephens St., drifted outside of her lane and into oncoming traffic. Dechenne struck Pias, who was northbound on SE Stephens St. All occupants were uninjured and did not need medical attention. V1 and V2 were able to be driven from the scene.

Details: Officers responded to a report of an injury crash in the 2600 block of NW Edenbower. Officers learned Rojas was riding against the flow of traffic on his E-bike and crashed into the side of Osborne as she was exiting a nearby parking lot. Rojas was transported to Mercy Medical Center via ambulance and Osborne was not injured.

Details: While driving on SE Washington Ave, Officers observed Burgess-Parks and Bennett walking on the railroad tracks between SE Oak Ave and SE Washington Ave. Officers contacted the two males and placed them into custody for trespass. Both males were transported to the Douglas County Jail.

Details: Officers stopped Coffman after witnessing multiple traffic violations. During the stop, officers saw several signs of impairment. Coffman admitted to consuming alcohol, consented to Standard Field Sobriety Tests, and performed poorly. Coffman was taken into custody without incident and transported to Douglas County Corrections where he refused to provide a breath sample. Officers applied for and were granted a search warrant for two vials of Coffman's blood. The search warrant was executed, and Coffman was lodged at Douglas County Corrections. Coffman was unable to contact a valid, sober driver and his pickup was impounded by Roseburg Towing.

Details: Officers contacted Shaffer sleeping near the intersection of SE Jackson St. and SE Cass Ave. because she was a city exclusion violator with three prior warnings and the area where she was contacted is included in the Enhanced Law Enforcement Area. Dispatch confirmed Shaffer was excluded from the Enhanced Law Enforcement Area from 7/17/2026 to 1/12/2027. Next to Shaffer were human feces that she admitted was hers. Shaffer was placed in custody without incident. While in custody, Shaffer urinated on to the sidewalk before being transported to Douglas County Corrections.
