17-year-old cited for reckless driving after police report speeds above 110 mph

Details: Officers witnessed a speeding vehicle northbound on Interstate 5 and weaving through traffic. Officers paced the vehicle at 112 MPH and stopped on the vehicle Highway 99 North and Weyerhaeuser Drive. The juvenile driver admitted to driving 115 MPH.

Markus Miller, 34, lodged on unauthorized use of vehicle charge

Details: Officers responded to a vehicle theft at Arco, where Noland reported a male, later identified as Miller, entered Noland's vehicle while the keys were in the ignition and drove away. A short time later Officers located the vehicle in the Green district of Roseburg with Miller inside. Officers conducted a high-risk traffic stop, and Miller was detained without incident. Miller admitted to stealing the vehicle. Noland recovered his vehicle at the scene.
