Details: Officers responded to a report of a physical disturbance at the above address. Price told officers that Montalvo had strangled, punched, and slapped her. Officers observed red marks around her neck consistent with a rear naked choke. She had pain on the right side of her face from being punched. She also had a clear handprint above her right buttocks from being slapped. When questioned, Montalvo invoked his Miranda rights. Montalvo was detained without incident. Price was transported to Mercy Medical Center for evaluation.

Dykes' parole officer authorized an after-hours detainer for the new crimes, and she was transported to corrections.
