Details: Officers responded to location in an effort to locate and arrest Edward Whitely who had warrants for his arrest. Edward was contacted at location and resisted arrest, but was taken into custody. Following the arrest, Edward requested officers to retrieve his keys from inside. Officers located a loaded Glock 17 next to the keys.

Dispatch confirmed the warrants and he was taken into custody. At Corrections he was found to be in possession of a small amount of fentanyl.

Details: Officers responded to a reported disturbance and learned a juvenile had punched his mother in the face several times causing her eye to swell shut, cut her face, and cause several cuts inside her mouth. He was taken into custody without issue.

Details: Officers conducted a traffic stop after observing violations and contacted Rowland as the driver. Officers noticed signs of impairment and Rowland admitted to Adderall and marijuana use and consuming alcohol. Rowland agreed to perform field sobriety tests and performed poorly. Rowland was arrested without incident and transported to Corrections where he provided a breath and urine sample. Rowland's vehicle was impounded by Roseburg Towing.
