Failure to Report as Sex Offender
Thomas Karlton Rene, 25, was lodged after a traffic stop near Denny’s led officers to determine he was out of compliance with sex offender registration requirements

Candice Fanae Spearen and Richard Jonathan Davis, both 36, were cited after officers reported an illegal camp and rubbish near the water on SE Pine Street

Details: Officers responded to a report of numerous illegal camps in the 200 block of SE Pine Street. They contacted Spearen and Davis inside a tent that was in violation of city ordinance. Police also reported a large amount of rubbish around the camp, about 15 yards from the water’s edge.

Adam Candy Martinez, 53, was cited after officers said they saw him drinking from an alcohol container in Abby’s Pizza parking lot
