Details: Multiple people called dispatch and advised Blacksten had pushed Harrison Jr. down to the ground. They also advised that Harrison was complaining of a possible dislocated shoulder. Officers contacted Blacksten at 911 SE Lane Ave. and detained him without incident. Paramedics advised that Harrison more than likely had a dislocated shoulder from the incident. Officers later watched video from city cameras and observed Blacksten shove Harrison onto the concrete at Eagle's Park.

Buddy Lee Hardin, 43, was lodged after police said he was contacted downtown and confirmed as a city exclusion violator

Samuel Enrique Urizar Vasquez, 26, was lodged after police said a traffic stop near Garden Valley Boulevard led to a DUII arrest

Details: Officers observed Urizar stopped at a green light at the intersection of NE Garden Valley Blvd. and NE Stephens St. Officers followed Urizar and observed him cross the road lines several times. Officers stopped the vehicle behind Schumart Market and during the stop observed signs of impairment. Urizar admitted to consuming alcohol and consented to performing field sobriety tests. Police said Urizar was unable to perform the tests due to his impairment and was taken into custody. Officers transported Urizar to Douglas County Corrections, where he refused a breath sample. A search warrant was authored and signed by a judge, and Urizar was transported to Mercy Medical Center, where two vials of blood were drawn. Urizar was transported back to the Douglas County Jail, where he was lodged.

Timothy Kirk Meister, 53, was lodged after police said he refused to leave Mercy Medical Center after being asked numerous times
