Details: While posting camps at the Umpqua Greenway, an officer reported a large dog exited a tent and approached aggressively. The dog attempted to bite the officer, who then deployed a Taser. After the cycle, the dog ran off. The owner, Chelsie Michaels, said the dog had been tied up but must have chewed through its leash.

Theft
Catherine Mary Kjelstrup, 66, was cited after officers said security footage showed her stealing clothing from Roseburg Laundry
