Blake Edward Cadger, 34, was lodged after officers said they found him outside Sherm's Thunderbird with open beer cans and his parole officer requested a detainer

Details: Officers found Cadger in front of Sherm's Thunderbird with two open beer cans. Cadger's parole officer was called, who wanted him detained for violating his parole stipulations.

Assault
Marisha Lindsey Elkins, 48, was lodged after police said a domestic disturbance investigation found she bit Eric Elkins on the lip, causing an injury that required hospital treatment

Details: Officer contacted Marisha and Eric after they both called dispatch to report they were in a disturbance. Officers spoke to Marisha whose account of the events were inconsistent with Eric's injuries. During the disturbance Marisha bit Eric on the lip which caused a large laceration, and he had to be transported to Mercy for his injuries. Marisha was taken into custody without incident.
Disposition: Marisha was lodged at corrections.
Harassment
Donald Owen Valdez, 38, was cited after officers said he was contacted behind Sportsman's Warehouse in connection with a March disturbance involving two reported victims

Details: Officers contacted Donald Valdez behind Sportsman's Warehouse regarding a disturbance that occurred on 3/20/26 at Goodwill in which he pushed and hit Jessica Gater and Michael Valdez.

Devin Michael Huffman, 34, was lodged after officers said they contacted him at Schu-Mart and found two active Cow Creek Police Department failure-to-appear warrants
