Details: Officer contacted Fugate after he was reported as a suspicious male near a business. Christian David Meyer, 57, was cited after officers reported contacting him inside an exclusion zone he had been barred from entering in late March

Injury Accident

Details: V2 was stopped near the intersection of NW Garden Valley Boulevard and the entrance to the BLM office while waiting for traffic to start moving on a green light in the eastbound lane when V1 struck the rear of V2. The impact caused significant damage to both vehicles. D2 was transported to Mercy Medical Center with complaints of neck and back pain.
Disposition: V1 was towed by Roseburg Towing to their tow yard and V2 was towed by Bill's Towing to their tow yard. Ullha was cited for Following Too Closely.
Traffic
A Winston woman was lodged on a warrant and a Myrtle Creek driver was cited after officers stopped a vehicle with expired tags on Diamond Lake Boulevard
