NickyPower Circus Coming to Winston This Weekend

WINSTON, Ore. - A traveling circus is setting up in Winston this weekend, bringing three days of live performances and an inflatable park to Riverbend Park.

NickyPower Circus & Park is scheduled for Friday, Aug. 28 through Sunday, Aug. 30 at Riverbend Park, 243 SE Thompson Avenue.

Organizers advertise a family-oriented circus featuring acrobats, clowns and other live performers. An inflatable park for children under 12 will also operate separately during the weekend.

According to Winston city records, NickyPower Circus previously received approval to use Riverbend Park for what was described as a circus without animals.

Show Schedule

According to the event's ticket listing, circus performances are scheduled for:

• Friday, Aug. 28: 4 p.m. and 6 p.m.
• Saturday, Aug. 29: 2 p.m., 4 p.m. and 6 p.m.
• Sunday, Aug. 30: 2 p.m., 4 p.m. and 6 p.m.

The inflatable park is scheduled to be open from 3 to 8 p.m. Friday and 1 to 8 p.m. Saturday and Sunday.

Circus admission is listed at a base price of $10 for children under 12 and $15 for adults, before taxes and processing fees.

Admission to the inflatable park is listed at a base price of $15 per child, before taxes and fees. Circus admission and inflatable park admission are sold separately.

The online ticket page currently says advance ticket sales end at noon Thursday, Aug. 27. The listing does not clearly state whether tickets will also be available for purchase at the gate.

Parking is available at Riverbend Park.
