Glide Farmers Market Opens June 2

The Glide Farmers Market will open for the season on Tuesday, June 2, at the Glide Community Center Annex.

The market will be held every Tuesday from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. through the fall, giving residents in the Glide and North Umpqua area a weekly place to shop for local goods close to home.

Vendors offering homegrown, homemade and handmade items are welcome to take part. The market typically brings together a mix of fresh produce, baked goods, eggs, crafts, art, jewelry and other locally made products.

The market is held at the Glide Community Center Annex, located along North Umpqua Highway. Glide is east of Roseburg and serves as a gateway community to the North Umpqua River corridor, making the market a convenient stop for both local residents and visitors heading through the area.

The first market day is scheduled for Tuesday, June 2, from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m.
