Former Weekly Bros Employee Arrested In Alleged $28,000 Credit Card Fraud Case

Former Weekly Bros employee Travis Wayne Goza, 41, of Roseburg was arrested after investigators alleged he used a company credit card for personal purchases over about a year, causing more than $28,000 in losses, according to the Douglas County Sheriff’s Office.

DOUGLAS COUNTY, Ore. — A Roseburg man was arrested last week following a Douglas County Sheriff’s Office investigation into alleged fraudulent use of a company credit card tied to Weekly Bros Inc.

According to the sheriff’s office, the case began after the company reported suspicious activity involving a former employee. Investigators said the man is accused of using a company-issued credit card to make unauthorized purchases over about a year, resulting in losses estimated at more than $28,000.

Deputies identified the suspect as 41-year-old Travis Wayne Goza of Roseburg.

Investigators said the purchases were allegedly made for personal benefit and that receipts were submitted to the company making the transactions appear business-related. During an interview with deputies, Goza reportedly admitted to at least some of the unauthorized purchases.

Goza was arrested Thursday, April 2, 2026, without incident and lodged at the Douglas County Jail.

He was booked on the following charges:

  • Felony fraudulent use of a credit card
  • Misdemeanor fraudulent use of a credit card
  • First-degree theft
  • Second-degree theft
  • First-degree forgery
