ROSEBURG, Ore. — Douglas County Solid Waste will host a free household electronics recycling event later this month in Roseburg, giving residents and small businesses a chance to safely dispose of unwanted electronic items.

The event is scheduled for Saturday, April 25, 2026, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the Roseburg Transfer Station, 165 W. McLain Ave.

Douglas County is partnering with St. Vincent de Paul of Lane County and Oregon E-Cycles for the event, which is open to Douglas County residents and small businesses.

Organizers say the collection is intended for old or unused electronics that should not be thrown away in regular trash because of the potential environmental risks tied to improper disposal.
