FISH of Roseburg to open Saturday for monthly pantry hours
The FISH of Roseburg Food Pantry will be open Saturday, March 28, from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. at 405 Jerry’s Drive. The monthly fourth-Saturday hours are designed to help people who may not be able to visit during the week access food and support.

Roseburg police reported multiple arrests and citations in logs sent today, including warrant arrests, camping violations, a domestic disturbance involving a firearm, a harassment arrest, and a stolen vehicle case with fentanyl possession.

A new federal notice shows U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement is considering rented office space in Roseburg. Roseburg is one of only two Oregon cities listed in the request, alongside Portland, though no lease or office has been confirmed.

Roseburg City Manager Nikki Messenger will retire June 30, Mayor Larry Rich announced Monday. The city council has scheduled a special meeting March 30 to begin discussing the search for her replacement.

ODOT Plans I-5 Winchester Bridge Repairs Near Roseburg
ODOT plans major repairs on the I-5 Winchester bridges near Roseburg, with work expected to begin this spring. Drivers should expect nighttime lane closures, width restrictions and ramp impacts near Exit 129 as construction continues through Sept. 15.
