Officers were dispatched at about 11:17 p.m. to the business at 216 NE Jackson St. for a report of a fight involving a man and a woman. Police contacted Angela Rose Marie Terry, 25, who told officers Bryson Garett Diaz, 25, grabbed her by the neck and pushed her against her vehicle, police said.

Officers reported Terry had red marks around her neck. Police also said the rear quarter panel of her 2004 Volkswagen Beetle had a large dent, and an independent witness corroborated Terry’s account.
