Barbara Louise Nelson, 98, was involved in a crash after officers said her vehicle struck a parked pickup and then accelerated into the lobby of Neuner Davidson Company

Details: Officers responded to a report of a vehicle that had crashed into Neuner Davidson Company. After an investigation, officers determined that Nelson had pulled into the parking lot and struck V2 which was parked at the location. Nelson attempted to place her vehicle into reverse but rapidly accelerated forward and into the lobby of the business. The lobby was empty and there were no injuries inside. Nelson was not injured and her vehicle was later towed from the location by Roseburg Towing.
Disposition: Nelson's vehicle was towed from the scene.

Details: Officers conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle that was northbound on NE Stephens after witnessing several traffic violations. Details: Officers contacted Markus after store employees called dispatch and reported he was in the parking lot harassing customers. Markus had been trespassed from the property three hours prior but returned and refused to leave. Details: Breslin was contacted by officers after receiving several of reports of a disturbance. Upon contact with Breslin he became combative and fought with officers. After further investigation, officers found that Breslin was under the influence of intoxicating substances. Breslin was transported to Mercy Medical Center (MMC) where he was treated for self-induced injuries. Breslin was cited at MMC.

Details: Officers responded to a two-vehicle crash at the intersection of NW Garden Valley Blvd and NW Newcastle St. After an investigation it was determined that Karen Tostado had attempted to make a left turn from NW Newcastle St onto NW Garden Valley Blvd directly in front of Nicole Foley which resulted in a collision. Both vehicles suffered heavy front-end damage and were towed from the scene by Roseburg Towing. Neither driver was injured and Tostado was cited for Failure to Obey Traffic Control Device.

Details: Dispatch received two separate calls reporting John committing various traffic violations, consistent with an impaired driver. One of the callers followed John. An officer contacted John within five minutes of the reporting and observed numerous signs of impairment. He agreed to field sobriety tests and performed poorly. He was taken into custody and transported to Corrections. His vehicle was legally parked at his apartment.

Details: Officers contacted Johnny Doig during a traffic stop near Chevron after they observed traffic violations. During the stop, officers learned Johnny had a warrant issued out of the Jackson County Circuit Court for DUI-ALC. His driving status was also suspended at the Misdemeanor level. Johnny was taken into custody and during the search of his person, a small bag of cocaine was in his pocket.
Disposition: Johnny was lodged at corrections. His vehicle was impounded by Bill's Towing.

Details: Officers contacted Austin Dildine after he was reportedly trespassing at Sportsman's Warehouse. During the contact with Austin, he was extremely agitated, yelling and screaming during the entire contact. He eventually moved his belongings from the property; however, he began to block traffic attempting to get the officers to fight him. At that point, officers attempted to take him into custody, but Austin stood in a fighting stance and made several threatening statements. Due to his aggression, Austin was tased and detained without further incident. Medical arrived and tended to Austin, and he was transported to the Douglas County Jail. While at Corrections, correction staff located a small amount of methamphetamine on his person as well.
Disposition: Austin was lodged at the Douglas County Jail.

Kaila Louise Nunley, 22, was cited after officers stopped her for driving 70 mph in a 35 mph zone on Northeast Stephens and said she showed signs of impairment

Details: Officer stopped Nunley after observing her driving 70MPH on NE Stephens in a 35MPH zone. Nunley showed signs of impairment but refused SFSTs. She was arrested and transported to DCC. Her vehicle was released to a family member.

Austin Lee Dildine, 37, remained lodged after CSOs said video showed him stealing more than $500 in merchandise from Bi-Mart in a past theft case
