Johnny Ray Cornell, 21, lodged after officers contacted him at Douglas County Corrections in connection with a Jan. 9 domestic disturbance; officers said he held a baseball bat over Shaina Rain Knox’s head and damaged several doors inside her apartment

Details: Officers contacted Cornell at Douglas County Corrections regarding a previous incident on 01/09/2026 involving a domestic disturbance with Knox at her apartment. After an investigation, officers determined Cornell held a baseball bat over Shaina's head and damaged several doors in her apartment during the disturbance.

Theft
Cammeron Tymothy Cordova, 31, cited after officers reported finding him pushing a Walmart shopping cart on Mulholland; officers said he told them he was taking it to his camp and the cart was valued at $425

Details: Cordova was contacted pushing a Walmart shopping cart south on Mulholland Drive. Cordova stated he was headed to Deer Creek Park to his camp with the cart.
Disposition: Cordova was cited and released for Theft II. The cart was later placed at the Parks Department with other carts awaiting pickup from the store.

Daniel Eli Mack Grover, 49, cited after officers reported seeing him drive a mini motorcycle on NE Stephens despite knowing his license was suspended; officers said the unregistered bike was towed

Details: Grover was seen driving his mini motorcycle on NE Stephens Street and officers knew he had a suspended license. Grover admitted the motorcycle had a 212cc engine and it was not registered.
Disposition: Grover was cited. His motorcycle was towed by Roseburg Towing.

Dylan Michael Brenner, 34, cited after officers reported contacting him at a riverbank campsite at 200 SE Pine St.; officers said the large tent and tarp camp was set up in an area where camping is always prohibited

Details: Officers contacted Bennett after he was captured on camera stealing a bottle of Fireball from Umpqua Valley Liquor Outlet. Bennett admitted to taking the Fireball and was taken into custody without incident. Bennett's PO was called and a detainer was authorized.
Disposition: Bennett was transported to Douglas County Corrections where he was booked and lodged.
Disturbance

Details: Officers responded to a reported disturbance. Cornell left the area prior to arrival and dispatch advised he had two warrants for his arrest. At the scene, Knox reported Cornell intentionally damaged the door inside the residence, where he does not live. Officers found Cornell in the area and detained him without incident. Cornell admitted to having methamphetamine in his pocket.
Disposition: Cornell was lodged at Corrections on the warrants and criminal mischief 2. He was cited for UP Meth.
Disturbance
Thomas Cash Landrum, 42, lodged after officers responded to a disturbance at the Roseburg Airport; officers said he brandished brass knuckles and threatened to hit two people during a verbal argument

Details: Officers responded to a report of a disturbance. Landrum, Denard and Shoemaker were verbally arguing. At one point, Landrum pulled out brass knuckles, placed them on his hand, and threatened to hit Denard and Shoemaker with them. Officers located the brass knuckles among Landrum's belongings, and he admitted to brandishing them.
