Details: Siebenthaler, Davids, Green and Solinger were all camping in a tent just south of the Deer Creek bridge, which was in violation of the city ordinance time, place, and manner restrictions. Siebenthaler was in violation at the violation level, and the other three were in violation at the criminal level.
Disposition: Siebenthaler was cited and released. Davids, Green and Solinger were lodged at Corrections.
Trespass

Shane Alan Krohn, 20, arrested after officers responded to a disturbance in the 2100 block of SE Douglas Avenue; officers said Krohn, who was intoxicated, entered a 17-year-old female’s residence uninvited, refused to leave, and later punched her after being pepper sprayed

Details: Officers responded to a disturbance. Krohn, who was intoxicated, went to a female’s residence to attempt to reconcile their relationship. Krohn walked into her residence uninvited and refused to leave after she told him to leave several times. He finally went outside then barged bag inside. The female said she was in fear for her safety and pepper sprayed Krohn in the face. Krohn then punched the female who was able to run to the neighbor's house. Krohn chased after her and picked her up and started carrying her back to her residence. When confronted by the neighbors Krohn put her down.
Disposition: Krohn was lodged at Corrections.
Vehicle vs. Pedestrian Traffic Crash

Annette Marie Lawless, 54, cited after officers reported she drove a 2006 Jeep Wrangler into David Edward Gawne, 70, while he was walking across the sidewalk near Roseburg Christian Academy; officers said Gawne was transported to Mercy Medical Center

Jay Patrick Gouthro, 65, cited after officers reported contacting him behind Garden Valley Mini Mart where he was reported to be lying in a pool of urine; officers said he was heavily intoxicated and surrounded by full and empty beer cans and was transported to Mercy Hospital for treatment

Details: Officer stopped Joseph for a traffic violation. During the stop, he showed signs of impairment and admitted to drinking alcoholic beverages and smoking marijuana. Disposition: Cited and released from Corrections. His vehicle was picked up by a friend.
