James Kern Wilkerson, 62, arrested at 400 SE Jackson St. after officers reported he had warrants; officers said a user amount of methamphetamine was located in his pocket at corrections and he was cited for UP Meth

Details: Officers contacted Wilkerson knowing he had warrants for his arrest. Dispatch confirmed the warrants and Wilkerson was taken into custody without incident. Once at Corrections, deputies located a user amount of methamphetamine in Wilkerson's pocket.
Disposition: Wilkerson was lodged for the warrants and cited for UP Meth
DUI
Andres Diaz Hernandez, 22, arrested after officers reported observing a vehicle swerve on SE Pine St. before crashing near a tree; officers said Hernandez showed signs of impairment, performed poorly on field sobriety tests, and was lodged at corrections and the vehicle was impounded

Details: Officers observed the listed vehicle quickly pull off a side street of SE Pine St., then swerved from the left shoulder to the right shoulder, and then back to the left shoulder before it crashed next to a tree just off the road. Hernandez was the only occupant in the vehicle and showed numerous signs of impairment and performed poorly on SFSTs. Hernandez was transported to corrections where he was lodged.
Disposition: Hernandez was lodged at Corrections, and his vehicle was impounded by Roseburg Towing.
City Ordinance Violation
Travis James Couch, 38, cited at 450 NE Garden Valley after officers reported locating him camping within ten feet of the sidewalk on NE Stephens and outside of the allotted area; officers said he was issued a criminal citation for prohibited camping
