Cody Leland Boots, 35, lodged after officers reported knowing he had active warrants near NE Stephens Street and chasing him a short distance when he tried to run

Details: Officers knew Boots had active warrants for his arrest and found him near 633 NE Stephens Street. Boots initially attempted to run from officers but surrendered after a short distance. Boots had three active warrants for his arrest, including one from Douglas County Circuit Court, one from Roseburg Municipal Court and one from the Oregon State Parole Board.
Disposition: Lodged at Corrections.

Kaleb Reece Dehart, 22, cited after officers reported he rear-ended another driver stopped in traffic near NE Diamond Lake Boulevard and SE Fowler Street

Details: Officers responded to a report of a two-vehicle crash near the intersection of NE Diamond Lake Boulevard and SE Fowler Street. After an investigation, it was determined that Kaleb Dehart rear-ended Meredith Armstrong while she was stopped in traffic. Neither driver was injured and both vehicles were driven from the roadway and parked nearby. Dehart was cited for Following Too Closely.
Disposition: Dehart was cited and released, and vehicles were removed from the roadway.

Robert Joshua Wilkerson, 43, and Felicity Diane Marie Nelsen, 26, were cited after officers reported contacting them at a camp set up along the bike path on NE Stephens Street

Details: Officers contacted Wilkerson and Nelsen at their camp, which was set up along the bike path. Their camp consisted of three large tents covered in a tarp and was surrounded by various personal items. Wilkerson had two prior convictions for prohibited camping. Nelsen had no prior convictions. Both were cited and released on scene without incident.
Disposition: Wilkerson and Nelsen were cited and released.

Harrison Lee Danko, 39, cited after officers reported contacting him at a camp along the riverbank near the Gaddis Park softball fields

Details: Officers responded to a reported non-injury traffic crash near the listed intersection. Gallardo told officers he accidentally rear-ended Quillo's vehicle and his insurance coverage had lapsed. Gallardo was cited for Following Too Closely and Driving Uninsured. Neither vehicle was severely damaged and tow companies were not needed.
Disposition: Gallardo was cited and released on scene.

Details: Officers contacted Crawford on SE Jackson Street and learned he had an active warrant for his arrest out of the Roseburg Police Department. He was taken into custody without issue and, upon searching his person, officers located 9.4 grams of methamphetamine in his pocket.
Disposition: Crawford was lodged at the Douglas County Jail.
