Details: Brown, Ellis and Crawford were all contacted inside tents set up under the Jackson Street Bridge. Camping is never allowed at this location due to its proximity to Deer Creek. Ellis was smoking marijuana out of a glass pipe when contacted.

Jesse Otha Thomas, 32, cited after officers reported seeing him smoke from a glass pipe on SE Pine Street and said he admitted it contained methamphetamine

Details: Officers contacted Thomas after witnessing him smoke from a glass pipe. Officers seized the pipe, which had suspected methamphetamine inside. Thomas admitted the pipe was his and said it contained methamphetamine.

Details: Officers responded to a reported crash and found D1 was headed southbound on NE Stephens Street and turning left onto NE Diamond Lake Boulevard at a flashing yellow light. Officers said D1 failed to yield and collided with D2, who was northbound with a green light. Both drivers were transported to Mercy Medical Center with reported pain.
Disposition: D1 was cited, both vehicles were towed from the scene by Bill's Towing, and both drivers were transported to MMC.

Summer Elizabeth Koch, 47, lodged after officers reported she was yelling, refusing to leave a mini mart, throwing items and kicking an employee

Christian David Meyer, 57, and Rachel Maria Brightwell, 34, cited after officers reported contacting them camping at Over Park, with Meyer’s offense elevated due to prior convictions
