Krystine Marie Lynn, 36, cited after officers reported contacting her on the bike path at SE Pine Street with a half-full Mike Harder Lemonade

Details: Officers contacted Lynn as she was walking on the bike path with a half full Mike Harder Lemonade. Lynn dumped the drink out and was issued a citation.

Stephanie Marie Collins, 36, lodged after officers reported finding her on railroad tracks at NW Highland Street and said she also had methamphetamine and a parole detainer

Details: Officers saw Collins walking on the railroad tracks at the above location. Collins was taken into custody without incident. Collins' Parole Officer was contacted and a detainer was issued. While searching Collins, officers located a small amount of suspected Methamphetamine. Collins was transported to Douglas County Corrections.

Matthew Alexander Bynum, 28, lodged after officers reported erratic behavior on SE Jackson Avenue and obtained a parole detainer after finding him with beer

Details: Officers contacted Bynum after he was reported for his erratic behavior. During the contact officers learned Bynum was on Parole out of Coos County and not allowed to have intoxicating substances. Officers observed Bynum with an unopened Hurricane beer. Bynum's Parole Officer was contacted and a detainer was issued. Bynum was taken into custody without incident and transported to Douglas County Corrections.

Injury Traffic Crash
Shawn Lee Miller, 60, cited after officers reported video showed he ran a red light at SE Stephens Street and SE Douglas Avenue, causing a two-vehicle crash with injuries

Details: Officers were dispatched to a reported two vehicle crash with lane blockage. D1 told officers that he drove through the intersection and did not remember what color his traffic light was but in the middle of the intersection he crashed into V2. D2 was immediately taken to Mercy due to her injuries. Video from Oregon tool showed that D2 had a green light and D1 had a red light and did not stop which caused the crash.
Disposition: Miller was cited for the traffic violation and both V1 and V2 were towed from the scene by Roseburg Towing.
Warrant Arrest
Aubrey Marie Scott, 40, lodged after officers reported a traffic stop on Interstate 5 revealed a Las Vegas felony robbery warrant

Details: Officers stopped a white 2002 Hyundai Santa Fe for driving with no lights. The driver, Aubrey Scott, had a felony FTA warrant for Robbery out of the Las Vegas Police Department. Scott was taken into custody and transported to the Douglas County Jail.
Disposition: Scott was lodged at corrections, and her vehicle was towed by Roseburg Towing.
DUII
Christopher S. Shockey, 42, lodged after officers reported stopping him near Winchester and Odell Avenue for driving without headlights and said he refused sobriety testing

Details: Officer stopped Shockey for driving without headlights and observed signs of impairment. He refused consent to Field Sobriety tests and was arrested for DUII. He was transported to the Douglas County Jail where he refused a breath test. Officer applied for and was granted a search warrant to obtain a blood sample. The warrant was executed and Shockey was lodged at the jail. His vehicle was released to a friend.
Disposition: Shockey was lodged at DCC.
Trespass
Michael Chad Rushing, 52, lodged after officers reported finding him hiding in the backyard of a residence on NW Meloy Avenue where he had previously been trespassed

Details: Officers arrested Michael Rushing who was hiding in the backyard of a residence he had been previously trespassed from. Rushing was also detained by his Parole Officer for committing a new crime.
