Details: Officers contacted Johnson during a disturbance at Sherm's Thunderbird. During the disturbance, Johnson reportedly struck an unknown elderly male in the face several times before being confronted by several bystanders and fleeing into the parking lot of Sherm's Thunderbird, where he was permanently trespassed from. Johnson was in the parking lot and taken into custody without incident. Officers were unable to locate the elderly male in the area.

Details: Officers contacted Mathies at his camp which was set up along the riverbank under Interstate 5. His camp consisted of various bedding and personal items and was surrounded by a large amount of trash and rubbish which detracted from the natural beauty of the area. Mathies' camp was found to be in violation of TPM and he was cited and released without incident.

Details: An officer observed Morrow commit a traffic violation and conducted a traffic stop. The officer observed signs of impairment and Morrow admitted to drinking. His vehicle was impounded by Roseburg Towing.

While there, he requested an attorney. A search warrant was authored and granted.

Details: Officers responded to the location for a report of a male refusing to leave and threatening employees. During the investigation it was discovered Williams refused to leave after blaming employees for his car being towed after he was arrested. Williams then threatened to stab the manager. Williams was found with garden shears in his pocket. Officers also discovered Williams had the listed warrant, which was confirmed.

Details: Officers responded regarding a large disturbance involving Jose Martinez and his sister. During the incident, Jose grabbed and pushed his sister during a disagreement involving his children. After the initial disturbance, Jose was trespassed from the residence; however, after a short time officers were dispatched back to the residence due to Jose returning. Upon arrival the second time, officers contacted Jose at the front door and took him into custody.

Details: Officers responded to the location for a report of a female inside a vehicle using inhalants. Upon arrival, officers contacted Nevaeh in the driver's seat of the vehicle. Nevaeh admitted to being in possession of the inhalant, which was in the backseat, but stated she was not using it. Nevaeh did not appear to be impaired. Officers contacted River in the passenger seat of the vehicle and noticed an open beer in the center console. River told officers the beer belonged to him and he was drinking it, but he was not using inhalants. Officers knew River was on probation and was not supposed to be in possession of intoxicating substances. His probation officer authorized a detainer. River was taken into custody without incident and transported to Douglas County Corrections. Nevaeh was cited and released.

Jonathan Tyler Duck, 35, cited after officers reported finding his overheating vehicle stopped in the middle of SE Pine and SE Sheridan

During contact, officers observed signs of impairment. Duck admitted to alcohol use and consented to SFSTs, which he performed poorly. Duck was taken into custody and transported to Douglas County Corrections without incident. His vehicle was towed from the scene and impounded by Roseburg Towing.
