Dannille Ann Bennett, 32, and Russell Karin Dawn, 21, lodged after officers reported finding about 18 grams of methamphetamine during a traffic stop and learning Russell had three warrants

Details: An officer contacted Dannille on a traffic stop and saw a Ziploc baggy of a crystal-like substance in the vehicle. Karin was a passenger and started to attempt to conceal items. Officers detained both Karin and Dannille. The Ziploc baggy contained 18 grams of methamphetamine. Additionally, Karin had warrants for her arrest.
Disposition: Dannille and Karin were lodged at Douglas County Corrections.
City Ordinance Violation
Mason Andrew Murray, 24, cited after officers reported locating a large camp between NE Casper and NE Fulton and finding him inside it

Details: An officer stopped Alex for traffic violations. During the stop, the officer saw signs of impairment and Alex admitted to drinking alcoholic beverages. She was taken into custody and transported to Douglas County Corrections. The officer authored a search warrant, which was granted. A blood sample was obtained at Mercy Medical Center. Afterward, the officer conducted the administrative process under the implied consent laws and Alex ultimately refused to provide a breath sample. Her vehicle was impounded by Roseburg Towing, and her dog was transported to Saving Grace.

Theft 1
Jeffrey Aaron High, 37, lodged after officers reported he admitted stealing a $3,500 trailer from Lowe’s and was later found with methamphetamine in his pocket
