Details: Officers responded to the listed location after an individual called 911 and reported a male driving erratically, failing to maintain lane, and driving into oncoming traffic. Officers contacted Ryan, and during their contact, officers observed signs of impairment. Ryan admitted to taking a prescription medication and drinking alcohol. Ryan consented to performing field sobriety tests which he performed poorly. Ryan was taken into custody and transported to Douglas County Corrections, where he provided a breath sample above the legal limit.

Sandra Ann Johnson, 39, arrested at Rick’s Medical Supply; officers reported a Coos County warrant and an investigation into harassment after a reported slap during an argument

Details: Officers responded to the listed location for a report of a female who hit a male during an argument. Upon arrival, officers contacted Ken, who reported being slapped by Sandra. Officers then contacted Sandra, who admitted to hitting Ken. Officers discovered Sandra had a warrant for her arrest out of Coos County. The warrant was confirmed, and Sandra was taken into custody without incident.
