Jay Austin Copenhaver, 59, arrested at Overpark; officers reported he was littering at the downtown parking structure and said he was issued his third exclusion form

Robert Thomas Arwood, 36, arrested at a SE Douglas Ave. office; officers reported an active Canyonville Justice Court warrant for contempt and said he was detained after probation and parole requested assistance

Sherry Lynn Amos, 70, arrested near W Harvard Ave.; officers reported she walked by a local business twice and yelled expletives despite an active stalking order listing her as the respondent

Gracie M. Dake, 22, cited after a crash at NE Stephens St. and NE Exchange Ave.; officers reported an unlawful lane change caused a collision with airbags deploying in the other vehicle
