Details: Officers responded to the area to contact Dennis, who officers were aware had warrants for his arrest. The warrants were confirmed, and Dennis was taken into custody without incident. During the contact, officers reported learning Dennis’ father had a restraining order against him, and that Dennis was not allowed to have contact with his mother per a no-contact release agreement.

Brandon Lee Schmidt, 31, arrested at Deer Creek Park; officers reported a warrant for failure to appear on theft and said he was contacted at a camp set up outside allowed time

Ronald Ralph Pacheco Sr., 66, arrested on NW Garden Valley Blvd.; officers reported an investigation involving a vehicle driving onto a curb toward a pedestrian and listed charges including reckless endangerment and attempted assault

Details: Officers reported taking a report on 2/16 in which Carroll stated Pacheco reportedly drove off the road onto a curb toward Carroll. Officers reported reviewing footage that was consistent with Carroll’s account and showed a vehicle crossing lanes of travel and driving onto a curb toward the pedestrian. Officers reported Pacheco was contacted and admitted driving the vehicle, but denied intentionally trying to hit Carroll.

Details: Officers reported stopping the motorcycle after observing violations and contacting Frazier. Dispatch confirmed Frazier’s driving status was suspended at the misdemeanor level, and officers reported he was cited and released. Dustin Victor Brooks, 46, arrested at Liberty Christian Fellowship; officers reported a pastor called about a return trespass and said Brooks also had a warrant and a probation detainer

Details: Officers reported contacting Brooks after the pastor called to report Brooks was back after a prior church break-in on Feb. 15. Officers reported probable cause existed to arrest for the earlier trespass, and dispatch advised of a warrant that was later confirmed. Officers also reported Brooks was on probation and a probation officer authorized a detainer.
