Road to Umpqua Hot Springs Closed Due to Winter Storm
Starting Jan. 6, 2026, NFSR 3401, the road to Umpqua Hot Springs, will close due to a winter storm. Vehicles must park at the gate. Visitors must hike, snowshoe, or ski the final 2.5 miles.

Roseburg Police logged multiple arrests and citations Jan. 5, including warrants, theft, restraining order violations, and several traffic crashes. Incidents ranged from drug possession and stolen property to injury crashes at major intersections.
